Greyhound “Premium” my FOOT

I had the worst experiences in my life with Greyhound “Premium”. The bus was late by almost 4 hours. Not only was it disrespectfully late, when it eventually arrived, they did not even have the decency to apologize. The bus also took a detour without explaining this to the passengers. The assistant could not even communicate properly and struggled immensely to articulate a single sentence. Very unprofessional, unreliable and atrocious service. I will never make use of this service again.
