Greyhound poorest service

On the 26th Oct we travelled from Pretoria to Cape Town.The bus was 30 minutes late, no explanation.The air con was not working, charging ports not working, seats had crumbs,the bus not smelling clean.We stopped at Colesburg for an hour, no communication from the drivers, until we asked then we were told that we ate waiting for a bus from Cape Town.Worse of all was when the driver deliberately left an elderly couple at one of the stops, after they delayed at the shop, then he made a u turn to fetch them.So rude. I booked Intercape on our way back, wich is much better
