Greyhound Poor Service

Greyhound don't even deserve a star. Booked a bus that left Johannesburg to Eastern cape Aliwal North/Queenstown/East London on the 21 December 2023 at 7pm. Just after 30 minutes we had left Johannesburg Park Station the bus broke down. The driver made a call and told us a mechanic is on the way. We waited for an hour with no communication from Greyhound. We called their offices complaining, that's when they sent text messages apologizing. Two hours later another bus was dispatched. We left Joburg at 22:00pm. Now as I'm typing this we've been stranded in Bloemfontein since 4:00am 22 December 2023. The second bus broke down as well just outside Bloemfontein. We are in the middle of nowhere and we are told the mechanic is on the way. It's been an hour now and there's no sign of mechanic. We've been calling Greyhound offices asking them to dispatch another bus but they are not listening to us and they are not even sympathetic of the situation. I'm really disappointed. I'm not using this bus again.
