Greyhound poor service

Hi we really struggling here at PMB from 9:30 up until now we waiting for the bus up until yet they is not com up no information we have no way to pee we don't know what tym we gonna get to JHb an how we gonna go our place from Jhb I don't think I will they customer any more this it's really frustrating all of us here
