Greyhound poor service

The day was the 16th of April 2025 using the Greyhound bus from Park Station to Eastern Cape. The driver was busy cursing in the bus maybe he wanted us to be intimidated on not. But the most highlight of them all is that when we just passed Aliwal North on the outskirt the bus stop along the way and gave hike to 3 unknown men who where hitch hiking. The men were dirt and smelly (forgive me if am being bias) as if the came from ever they were unprepared for their journey and just decided to go. We were not told or asked they were allowed in bus by the drivers and we were forced to share sits with them. I am concerned about our safety in your bused and if this continues I would know the company has done nothing and does not care of our safety while we paid to get comfort when traveling with their buses.
