Greyhound poor service.

Greyhound together with Pick and Pay has the worst service. I booked a Greyhound bus ticket at Pick and Pay. The Slip did not have a pick up bus station. Even the SMS they send the day before departure did not include the pick up bus station. So I went to the usual pickup station and apparently they changed their station and no communication was made with customers. Both companies are playing the blame game to who was suppose to communicate the station pick up. THE BUS LEFT ME.
