Greyhound * poor service *

Ive had the worst experience with greyhound i booked a bus for two people from Bloemfontein to capetown, got there in time cherked in and the waited in the offices and we were informed that the bus delayed with two hours ,15 minutes before that time went to the counter ,to cherk the status of the bus and we were told that the bus left while we were waiting in their offices and they failed to to make announcements, they ddnt even call and there we were sitting right there and now i cant even get a refund
