Greyhound poor customer care

I bought a return bus ticket from Bloemfontein to St Lucia and back. Unfortunately my mother passed away. Within 24 Hours we cancelled the ticket and sent them their necessary documentation as well as my mother death certificate. I have send numerous e-mails to *** as well as ***. They only refunded the amount of R670, where is the rest??
