Greyhound pathetic service

Hello Peter, what a pathetic service delivered by Greyhound buses from Kimberley to Durban. These buses are always late by an hour more ever since I relocated to Kimberley. Today it's worse as it is the bus broke on the road and we have been waiting for an hour for another bus. This bus has coachroaches as well as a result I moved from the sit allocated to me. According to the passenger next to me it's not the first time these buses break on the road. Really this kind of service is not acceptable more especially from Greyhound and the buses here are very old. Can the minister of transport intervene and asses these because these incidents these buses are not serviced which can lead to accidents.
