GREYHOUND ONLINE BOOKING SUCKS

Extremely disappointed. Made an online booking for my 75 year old mother - choose downstairs seat - even requested in the comments that she be seated downstairs. I was allocate a seat number only when the booking was done. Phoned Greyhound to confirm it is a downstairs seat just to be informed that the booked seat is upstairs. As the booking was made online they are also unable to change it!!!!!! ridiculous... I was told that if you want a specific seat you must phone them... Please, please please put that on the website before money is wasted....
