Greyhound now has aggressive stuff
I am currently travelling using Greyhound from Melmoth to JHB, when we got into the bus the man working in this bus allocated our seats on the ticket to some other people. He suggested that we sit on other seats we did so but upon reaching Vryheid the seat I was seating on with my one year old was leaking and the Aircon extremely cold. We complained to the same man working on this bus that we are wet it is leaking, instead of giving us our allocated seats as on our tickets that we paid for be decided to become aggressive and even want to hit me. I am a very understanding person but if Greyhound is training there male stuff to be aggressive towards woman why are they still in business? Greyhound is the worst long distance mode of transport in South, the last time they made us travel with a mega coach bus, that was stinking with broken toilets, now I almost got hit for speaking as a customer. If I use this bus and I feel as though traveling in a taxi is much better then you are definitely not on the right path. Terrible travelling experiences I have had, if they are not on time then they train their staff to harass passengers. If u can find alternative means of transport please do so, because Greyhound is ***********. I don't understand why they are still in business and why there are no other competing bus services especially from JHB to Durban. I am not the one to complain howver today I have reached my boiling point with their ****py service.
