Greyhound not roadworthy

Commuters travelling between Richards Bay and Johannesburg are victims of poor service, served with buses that are not roadworthy, leaving them stuck for four or more hours at one station. Today is one incident of many, this time my mother and only son are victims. I say this as it is my third experience and have travelled only five times on this route, twice in a broken bus now my mother and son. We are being cheated, the once most reliable bus service in the country is a cheat! I wonder if they even service these wrecks!!!!
