Greyhound not refunding my cancelled tickets

I had and still having the worst service from Greyhound, I cancelled my bus tickets with them due to a funeral and they promised to refund my money, I submitted everything that they asked for and they started the refund process. We are now in the second month and they have not refunded me at all, my emails are not answered the only answer I got was the refund was escalated to the finance department but have not heard anything back. They have such a terrible customer support system and I will never use them again!!
