Greyhound Not Loyal To Loyalty Programme user

This is BS. I was not aware of this until I called this morning. You've had this loyalty rewards for so many years now and I have NEVER claimed from it until today. I have accumulated points for the past 6 years, and I was assured that I can keep them forever. Now suddenly you're stopping it. This bull**** and so unfair to give us less than a month's notice. And then you say you're starting a new loyalty? Loyalty for what when you have not been loyal to your loyal costumers? 6 ****ing years of collecting points down the drain.
