Greyhound nightmare

Last night I spent the night at the Park station waiting area because the Greyhound bus did not reach the destination so they had to dump me at the Park station, the driver told me that the supervisor will assist me but the lady I was directed to did not even attend to my case. I asked if they can at least help charge my phone so that I can get someone to assist me, they refused. I felt so helpless. Even now I am still at the park station because it's still dark. I t's a traumatic experience and I did not feel safe at all. I called their customer care line twice but they did not help me.
