Greyhound must fix this

Im not sure of the relationship between greyhound and megacoaches. Im currntly on the bus from cpt to joburg. The gear head is falling of the gear. Secondly this bus hasnt stopped since 4am to allow us to use the restroom and buy food its now 9:31. Lastly I was booked in seat 1D. In the middle of the night when I was asleep one of the drivers woke me up and told.me to move to another seat 5B.I asked why and he said there is now 3driver's for the bus and I need to miver. Worst of all this seat is next to a toilet which is currently malfunctioning and it smells of sewerage. Im so disappointed in the service extremely
