Greyhound ****med us R4080 for bus we did not get

I booked Greyhound for 4 people R4080 last night I called and told them there's a delay because of transport from rural areas where we come from can they please wait a bit if they can't wait at least take 4 people of the bus leaving at 11pm because our bus was leaving at 8pm the lady on the call was so rude and heartless she kept on telling me to buy new tickets they can't reschedule them for bus leaving later or take 4 people leaving later who were at the station R4080 is gone after an hour of begging them to help me now people are stuck at the garage
