Greyhound ****med me

So I bought a Greyhound premium bus ticket and ended up in a low class, no toilet, no aircon bus. Greyhound informed me 1/2 hours ahead of departure that they have subcontracted a VR bus to transport us to Johannesburg.

When the bus arrived, it was dirty and the driver asked us as the passengers to load our bags onto the carriage. I'm highly annoyed and require a refund/ the difference between the Greyhound bus ticket and this VR nonsense.

I did not pay premium amount to travel in a low class bus.
