Greyhound Lousy Service

On the 18th of Dec 2024 I bought two tickets over the Greyhound counter at Park City JHB to Cape town, unaware that my wife has done same online. I tried to return the over the counter tickets less than 5minutes of buying them since the cashier has actual cash with her, but she refused to refund me. At my age of 57, I was told and made to find a myself a buyer for these tickets. If it wasn't for the 2 hours bus delay I would have lost the money they refused to refund. I had to give the buyer discount they allowed her in turn losing R400.00 in the process.
