Greyhound lies

<p>I am currently sitting on the 22:00 from Johannesburg to Durban. I paid for a business class ticket. I am sitting in an economy seat. The staff don't see this as an issue. It's almost like it's treated as a joke that I expect to receive what I paid for. I specifically chose greyhound business class because the seats are bigger and more comfortable and I am able to sleep in them. Now I will not be able to sleep. If only economy class was available I would have modified my travel plans in order to be fresh Saturday morning </p> <p> </p>
