Greyhound is the worst when it comes to buses

Greyhound has the worst customer service, Booked a bus for the 5th of January 2023 the bus was suppose to pick me up at 7pm from Cradock but it got there around 8pm ,they are always late this is not the first time the bus arriving late. The driver was speeding we couldn't even catch a nap because we were afraid we might get an accident. I will never ever book that stupid bus.
