Greyhound is the pits

I booked return tickets to Durban. The Bus going to Durban arrived an hour and a half late. On arrival the bus was filthy and smelled of urine. We eventually arrived at Durban 3 hours later that scheduled. The return trip was the cherry on top. The bus was four hours late on arrival the bus was infested with ****roaches and broke down just outside Empangeni. This was the worst experience and will definitely NEVER use them again.
