GREYHOUND IS THE PITS

We need help we took a greyhound bus at 7pm last night and we got stuck around 01:30 am 57km away from Beaufort west grey hound is not taking responsibility and arranging for a bus to come pick us up they instead sent a machanic who said is going to buy a part and never came back. We have elderly people on the bus who are hungry it's been 8 hours standing here people need to know the horrible service greyhound is offering
