Greyhound Is ******

I am so disappointed by the service from Greyhound. On the 28th of July i used this bus from Mthatha to Johannesburg.

It is so sad that back communities are still undermined by this bus service. The buses they send to the route from Mthatha, Qumbu, Mountfrare and Kokstad are always terrible. When they buy new buses, they take the old ones who were used by areas with white and Indian people and give them to the routes that don't have the white people. The Bus that i used had broken chairs. when the bus stops, the chair would slide forward. Some chairs do not recline. There are no charging ports in the bus. everything is just bad.

The garage they now using at kokstad is not good for us as passengers, no variety of shops to choose from. toilets are too few and dirty....

All of these things are happening because of ****** within this company.....
