Greyhound is perthetic in south africa

A horrible experience. I reside in the ladysmith area, my mum have been booked on for her trip to Durban (home) i was told to be here before 1.55pm at the Celtex garage. My mum was before time waiting and she did ask for some direction to the aboard the bus no one could tell her the bus in the front of the caltex garage was due for Durban. Its a ripp off i have called the call center and a gentleman answered i have asked him if i could have a refund on my ticket no such thing. The greyhound personal was totally unprofessional. Then i have bought a ticket for R460 again at 1.30am i am waiting at the caltex garage with my family for my mum to aboard the bus. At 2am i called Greyhound the lady reply sorry but the bus delayed for 2 hours in Harrismith. Greyhound not even a courtesy call to your customers on late arrival. I have spent on tickets out R850. Terrible service
