Greyhound is pathetic

Greyhound. My son has been waiting for more than 2 hours at the bus stop in Belville now. It is 21:19 and it is dark and not safe. When I called your call centre agent tells me that it will be another 90 minutes before the bus arrives. I ask for her name and she refuse to give it to me. I ask for a supervisor and she tells me the managers dont work night shifts. I wish for your children what you have done to my son tonight. You are pathetic!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Your parents and your children should be ashamed of you!!!!!!!
