Greyhound is no longer the real greyhound

Greyhound is pits you can tell it’s now owned by those ones of the other line. Lastweek I booked, same day my destination changed had to change a ticket. They charged R100!! Anyway I am not here for that, currently I am seating in the bus at Park station. Waiting for what I do not know. The time is 9h42 but tge ticket indicated arrival time is 9h30 in Pretoria. I am about to sign a warning at work because I chose a bus that said arriving at 9h30 on purpose. For incase of delays I thought by 10h00 will be in Pretoria. It’s almost 10 still seating in the bus at Park station that is waiting for another one to arrive.
