What terrible service I got using Greyhound Premium. You would expect a 5 star bus in stead we waiting for an hour later then expected departed time only to find out we going to cape Town with a Citiliner with ****roaches imagine traveling with 2 small kids and you can hardly move your legs. It's was a nightmare and no one tell you anything. It's ********* to do this it seems like it happened all the time thats ***** taking people money and giving them ****py busses. NO MAN. NO ONE SHOULD STAND FOR THAT.
