Greyhound is disgusting

I travelled using Greyhounds bus service on the 11 December from Durban to Johannesburg. The bus got stuck with an apparent water filter problem which went unfixed for more than 5 hours. In that 5 hours our bus driver jumped into another bus and left us with a bus driver who had no clue on how to handle protocol at all. <br> <br> We asked him from past four when we got stuck up until 9pm if he could please get us another bus to which he screamed and and told us not to tell him how to do he's job. <br> At no point did he call the office to ask for assistance he kept believing that the backyard mechanic which you, such a big operator had hired had to say. We sat in absolute darkness, we were completely unsafe and all this time the bus driver would not offer us any guidance, assistance or clarity on what was going on. <br> <br> After 5 long hours and missing my flight to Bloem we got a replacement bus. No apologies were offered or even how we would have been compensated for losses that we have incurred. Your administration is disgusting as well because even after the 10th person called in teh call centre kept saying it was the first time they had heard the complaint. The toilets in both buses were disgus
