My mother has been waiting for the BUS since 16H00 and now its 17H40,

No SMS to say there is a delay and your call center. I have been on hold for the past 30 mins. I'm still in position 2 waiting to be connected.

I would like a FULL REFUND please pay it back into my account. The level of disappointment is shocking!

I would like my money back please as now I have made my mother wait for nothing and she is a sick person. Im really disappointed in your service and the lack of communication.

Your call center is useless as no one answers the phone, the person I last spoke with **** to me and said the bus is just oustide of Ermelo.

Please refund me my money.
