Greyhound is back and better!

Oh, my word! The rebrand and return of the Greyhound/ Citiliner Plus bus line (the JHB>>>>>EC route) is one that I never expected to be so good. The bus arrived super early at the Park Station Bus terminus, and the check-in process was swift. The bus stopped at decent refreshment stops, and the drivers were very kind. On my return trip, the bus was delayed by 15 minutes, and this delay was effectively communicated via sms. I was on the fence about booking with them, but I don't see myself going back to Intercape (which has been performing poorly as of late) after such a good experience.
