Greyhound is appalling

The bus left me coz I had to get my son’s bag from the car AFTER I had checked in. I paid an extra R500 to catch the bus in PMB. Got there and there were no seats for my son and I until the driver orders two guys to get up -im assuming they had paid him cash on hand and is the real reason why they couldn’t give me 2 minutes to go get my bag but was not in such a hurry because he decided we would stop for an hour at Montrose against the passengers resistance. I was relocating with my son and money is tight so to have that kind of experience was absolute horror. I am never taking the Greyhound EVER again. Thay was the worst experience of my life.
