GREYHOUND IS A TOTAL ****

We took a bus from Cape Town departing at 11, we were told to board Eldo coaches which took us to Bellville, fine we did understand. When we got there the drivers wanted to start the check in process again. Leaving Eldo office the bus was getting lost driving in circles and struggling to turn which was scary, by the way he was turning you could see he was on training. We get to parkstation the drivers started harrasing us to wake up and change the bus because they can't take two double deckers to Pretoria none of our bussiness, what an inconvinience. I was almost pick pocketed by those porters trying to carry our bags thinking we had reached our destination, not safe at all. The bus was smelling with broken seats, I feel if you were not ready you should not be operational, this is not the Greyhound we know total ****!
