Greyhound is a ****

Greyhound services is shocking. This new management is a ****, they are ripping us off. We pay for Greyhound Premium and then when we get to the station they say we have to use Citiliner but the price is not the same. The Citiliner bus smells of urine and the toilet does not even work. They overbook the buses and then we are left stranded because the bus is full and they refuse to call another bus. Greyhound doesn't even have offices and we have to board the bus in the street where it is not safe, another passenger was almost bumped by a car. I WILL NEVE USE Greyhound 😡😠🤬
