Greyhound is a *****

Worst services ever, I booked for greyhound premium and it didn't come, instead they sent a smelly, stuffy cutiliner bus. I called to lodge a complaint and they hang up a phone on my ear, I kept on calling and the guy just decided he wasn't going to answer my calls. If I didn't ask about the whereabouts of Greyhound I could have been waiting even now for the bus which was not coming. They don't even want to refund us, this is absurd, I'm very unhappy, unsatisfied and mad right now. This Greyhound must shut down,they made a mistake of coming back because what they are doing is *****, making us book for Greyhound then send Citiliner instead without even noticing us. I really want my money back. This Citiliner is not comfortable at all, I have a neck and shoulder injury and the situation I'm in is unbearable, my sinuses are bad, I'm sitting next to the toilet because all the seats in front were filled, I have a headache, there is no space, this is not alright at all, words can't describe how disappointed I'm in. If they don't refund me what's due to me, I'm taking them to court period.
