Greyhound *****ing from the small guy!!

My wife and I bought tickets to and from Cape Town, in December 2023. A day after we got there, the company sent us an SMS to inform us that our return bus schedule has been changed. Following the instruction on the SMS, we show up at the station in CT at the appointed time, only to be told that the buss left at the original time. Long story short, we have been trying to get a refund for the return tickets that we never used since with no success. Calls are dropped every single time we make them, emails are unanswered. Basically they just ghosted us!!
