Greyhound inconsiderate

Reckless behaviour from Greyhound dreamliner during these times. My mum got on a bus from durban to Johannesburg. The bus broke down they were transferred to another bus from another company. No social distancing and few passengers wearing masks. Agent at the call centre said to me it was an emergency and these steps were taken. I asked about the spread of covid as there is no social distancing. He said that it hasn't happen yet so he can't comment on that. Greyhound this is reckless and inconsiderate behaviour. Putting lives at risk so that you can collect your funds.
