Greyhound I WANT MY MONEY BAC****

Pathetic service! The service is the worst for such a big and expensive name. The bus from Cape Town 14.06.19 18:45 to Durban was the worst nightmare ever. We got STUCK in Stormsriver/Tsitsikamma for 8 and ‘n half hrs because their stupid bus which doesn’t seem like was serviced had a fault on their engine. Our lives were in danger and we could’ve been ****** or ****d! You guys don’t care about your clients, instead of sending us we had to wait for mechanics who never fixed the problem and almost 9hrs later we got some another bus to PE, from PE we got another Van Rensburg DUSTY bus to continue our journey. I chose Greyhound because of the services they offer but now I cannot even charge my phone to get home safely as I’ll arrive in my home time at night suffering from period pains and sinus. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BAC**** The name you are selling is ****!!!
