Greyhound horror

I booked Greyhound bus from Queenstown to Johannesburg on the 24th of April. First of all the bus was supposed to depart at 20:30 but we only departeg at 21:00 but i honestly did not have a problem with that even though there were no apologies. The bus was fine we were enjoying the ride, Then midnight we were woken up and told that the bus we were in is going back to Queenstown we must get out and jump to another bus which was Citiliner, still no explanation as to why, then we had to get our lagguages and qeue again to get to the Citiliner bus.

As if this was not enough, we got into the new bus the window was broken, haybo, we tried to close we couldnt. Then we called one the drivers to assist and THAT DRIVER put salt into the wound. After failing to close the window, i asked him what should happen now, his response was I dont know I am a driver not a fixer, with a very stinking attitude. I also did not expect him to fix the bus that he took without checking if its ok to carry people but as an emplyeei expected him to apologise or say something positive on behalf of his company but he walked away leaving us with that broken window. I have sinuses my nose is dry as im writing this, i have to go to work but im definitely sure ill be 😷. On top of this the bus is smelling poo, this is the worse trip ive ever had, im just praying for safety now until we reach our destination.
