Greyhound horrific nightmare of a traveling experience

I have never in my life had a worse experience with any service provider, the list of shortfalls this company imposes on their customers is absolutely horrific. I truly don't know where to start, from the telephonic experience you jump from caller 1 to caller 50 and then by the time you to caller 1 in the que the phone drops, the bus markings are extremely misleading my elderly parents where not aware there would be no greyhound signage on the actual bus and they missed their bus and nearly missed their grandsons first Christmas because of it, the music being played on the bus is so loud it could burst your eardrums this is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate towards all traveller's???? I will never ever again book a single ticket through Greyhound and I will advise all who ask to do the same. You treat your clientele very poorly minimal respect and absolutely no decency towards thise traveling on your buses.
