Greyhound horrible experience

I can not express the horror of travelling in a bus that was overheating the entire journey from JHB to CT. First of all the bus that I paid for was Greyhound , as we left park station the bus breaks down so conveniently , and we all had to get onto a uncomfortable cityliner bus which was also broken, how dangerous and unsafe. Number 2 no one helps with ur bags , this is terrible especially for the elderly. There was no compensation , no refund , no apology and the bus driver was extremely rude, not making any stops because he was behind schedule all because of a broken bus which he stopped every hour because the bus was overheating. How can Greyhound endanger the lives of people. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable . Greyhound is no longer SA’s favourite luxury coach , it is by far the worst. And park station is a nightmare
