GREYHOUND *****

I just realised that there is a R315 charge on my bank account from Greyhound. I immediately called Capitec to query this and they said yes it was deducted from my account on the 19th. I never purchased anything!!! How is this possible? I want answers; how can Greyhound just deduct money from my account!? This is literally a ******** act!
