Greyhound extremely poor service

This is the waste bus service by far, I booked bus tickets early this year to cape Town and back to Bloemfontein, but because of COVID I had to cancel my trip, since then I've been waiting for a refund. Your sales representatives are rude, your service is extremely poor. It is the last time u ever do business with you people
