Greyhound / Eldo Coaches just leave you stranded

On the 5th of May, I booked a ticket - George to Bellville departing @ 2:45 am and arriving 8:45 am to attend a meeting at 16:00 and stay over at a guest house in the evening.

On the 6th @ 12:15 pm, I am informed that Eldo Coaches will be fulfilling the charter and must arrive 30 min earlier therefore 2:15 am

The evening @ 20:05 they send a message that there MAY be disruptions

I decide to rather be early and arrive @ 2:00am in the cold rain at the Pickup point - 4 Saagmeul St, George Industria, Railway Station.

I SAT THERE TILL 5 AM

NO MESSAGE OR INFORMATION AND NO ELDO COACH - Even the security guard remark that "They are very late today"

I had to move my meeting as well as cancel my guest house booking and pay R250 cancellation fee.

SO - I am out of pocket of R850 due to the nonperformance of your subcontractor.
