Greyhound Dreamliner bus service

We travelled on the 18th of June on the dreamliner from Cape Town to JHB and we were more than disappointed as we were looking forward to a relaxing experience. The bus had not even had a basic clean before the start of the journey from Cape Town. There were crumbs on the seats, spilt milk on the floor, the air filter at the back was hanging open and the filter fabric that was sticking out looked very unsanitary, the cabin reeked of stale cigarette smoke...one felt so unclean the whole trip. Not nice to have to put up with this all for 22 hours....as ofcourse there were delays such as a semi breakdown because the people who did the service left the dirty filter fabric in the filter capsule, and then there were other delays beyond their control. So we were in that unpleasant space for a long time
