Greyhound Dreamliner?

Greyhound advertises the Dreamliner fleet in glowing terms. My seat recline capability was broken. The WiFi to connect to the onboard entertainment wasn't working. The curtains were missing from the front window, so constant light from traffic caused problems. Greyhound website "contact us" function wasn't working to report any of the above.

So when the bus actually broke down and we had to wait for then transfer to another bus, it kinda makes it difficult to accept the force majuer argument that this was due to factors beyond the reasonable expectation of company controls...

My reference number was 4FABN95, in the unlikely event Greyhound are interested in resolving service challenges...
