Greyhound doesn't want to refund my money

I canceled my trip to Durban on 03 Jan 24. When I called in to make a follow-up, they told me about 21 days. The 21 days have passed now and there is no sign of my money. I send the relevant forms and documents but to no avail. No one is responding to my emails.
