Greyhound doesn’t keep time

You don’t even deserve that one star????. I have been sitting here waiting for bus going to Durban that was suppose to departure at 22:30 till now it’s no where to be found. I called and the consultant had the nerve to say the bus is 5hrs late meanwhile no communication was sent to us.
