Greyhound doesn't care about the passangers

I bought a ticket for R1645.00 x 2 from Kimberley to Bellville on the 07 Feb 2024 only to be told to share a seat with my daughter who was going to University because the bus was overbooked ,I sent them a message until today no response.the drivers phoned the supervisor but nothing materialised.The fleet number is C2822 and registration number is DV96HM GP.What an unpleasant journey I had I was sitting on the floor the whole trip because the seat can't accommodate 2 adults.Greyhound is not the same I used to use it alot,but I am done.
