Greyhound doesn't care

So Greyhound thinks it's perfectly okay for a stranger; with no ticket, to get on the bus, take your backpack and leave while you're using the loo.

GreyhoundSA refuses to take ownership of the fact that they had 3 employees on duty and not one of them were regulating who enters and leaves the bus.

I had R11000 worth of electronics in my bag and when I spoke to their help desk at Durban Station I was told 'we have indemnity, we cant help.' Never mind the fact that an unauthorized person boarded their bus and took my stuff. No apology, nothing.

I didn't know Greyhound was in the business of advertising their bus line as a high theft risk and stranger robbing zone.

I highly believe this was an inside job as it was a major exchange stop (Montrose) and there was someone sitting in front of me in the business class deck, however my bag was the only thing that was taken; which was a bit further in the bus!!! Also, I was told by the manager at the Durban branch that this is the first time a ******* has happened on one of their busses. SERIOUSLY??!
